DMCA & Copyright Policy

Totiboo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to hello@totiboo.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or specific location on the Site of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, identifying the removed material and including a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers.
