Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to hello@totiboo.com that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or specific location on the Site of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your contact information (address, telephone number and email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, identifying the removed material and including a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers.
